JFC is partnering with a client of ours to find an entry level Marketing Administrative Assistant.
An employee is primarily responsible for executing the marketing strategies of ownership.
Title: Marketing Administrative Assistant
Hours: 15-30 hours per week
This employee should have the following qualifications:
- Keeping agents accountable for sales calls
Scheduling and confirming appointments
Adding to and maintaining accurate database records
Using social media posts and accounts to keep the brand top of mind
Preparing listing/buying consultation packets
Driving traffic to online seminars
Creating commitment awareness reports
College degree preferred, Bachelors or Associates (Communications, English, Marketing)
Real estate license preferred
High level understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and Adobe (creation of flyers and mailers) tools a must
